2. Materials to be prepared for booking shipping space

Required DATA: MSDS Chinese and English version, cargo classification appraisal report and transportation CONDITION appraisal (for the whole package name), UN38.3 test report, etc.

3. Maritime filing

The lithium battery storage cabinet belongs to Class 9 dangerous goods UN3536. Because the whole box is too large, there is no way to apply for the dangerous package certificate. Therefore, the shipment to Shanghai port must be put on maritime record, and UN38.3 should be submitted for maritime record. Appraisal report, classification society certification, MSDS, fact sheet and other materials. After the maritime record comes down, the Maritime Administration will give the record number, and only with the record number can we book space with the shipping company.

The factory has made a record in Shanghai Port and Maritime Administration, so it can send the information of dangerous goods warehouse by itself. If this requirement cannot be met, it can only go to the dangerous goods warehouse for internal loading and dangerous goods warehouse for internal loading. The factory is required to use dangerous goods vehicles to transport the energy storage cabinet to our designated warehouse, and the warehouse will send the information of dangerous goods warehouse. Then wait for the dangerous goods acceptance scheme to arrange entry.

5. Customs declaration

As far as Shanghai port is concerned, dangerous goods can only be declared after the port area plan. The declaration materials include declaration form, packing list, invoice, declaration entrustment, declaration elements, etc
